RPC Containers and Akzo Nobel have together designed a new type of paint packaging. Their goal was to increase user convenience in terms of handling, opening, closing and pouring.
The result is a stylish square packaging made from HDPE with a content of 2,5 or 5 liter. The top part is designed that it creates a "smile" appearance. This form also allows easier pouring of paint. The open is formed to make opening and closing much easier. The wide neck of the 5 liter pack is perfect for using a wide (10cm) brush for dipping in the paint. The integrated handle rotates over 45 degrees and if necessary can be fixed in the top position to make pouring easier. If the pack no longer is used the handle can be folded flat for easier stacking.
