White ink digital printing

Recently, a water-based white digital ink has been commercialised allowing to print a white background directly onto dark textile materials (T-shirt). Together with the already available water-based CMYK direct ink series, this offers the possibility to realise a coloured print against a white background on dark textile substrates. Thanks to their excellent properties (such as a good colour fastness against washing, light and bleaching), the applications of these inks are mainly clothing-oriented.
